E-Book Weightvestwod Season 5
To prepare optimally for each Event, Weightvestwod will publish an E-book. The E-Book will include three workouts each week that will help you to get in the best shape for each Event. This book will also provide hints and sneak previews for the competition. The E-Book will be delivered in the beginning of each month straight into your mailbox, from november until march. That is five months of workouts!
