Especially for athletes 12-17 year old, we’ve made the Teens Division & Youngsters. With a Teens ticket for Season 7 you can join all five online Events. The top boys and girls by the end of the season will be invited to the live Summer Games. If you want to make a chance to be invited, don’t forget to film all your Events, including the Placement.

These athletes can choose between the Teens and Youngster division, based on their level:

Teens: dumbbell 10/5kg, single unders, knee raises
Youngsters: dumbbell 15/10kg, double unders, toes to bar
