The Nationals Triplets is a competition with 3-person teams. The team can choose in which division to participate. Teams will consist of 2 Males + 1 Female or 1 Male and 2 Females.

Join in one of the three divisions:

– Black: Double Unders, Dumbbell 22,5/15kg, Toes to Bars, Muscle Ups, Handstand Push-ups Rx, Clean & Jerk in WODs 90/60kg
– Red: Double Unders, Dumbbell 22,5/15kg, Single Leg Toes to Bars, Pull-ups, Handstand Push-ups w abmat, Clean & Jerk in WODs 60/40kg
– Blue: Single Unders, Dumbbell 15/10kg, Knee Raises, Ring Rows, Scaled Wall Walks, Clean & Jerk in WODs 40/25kg

*NEW* Starting 2025, teams no longer have to perform a placement, but can choose in which division to participate.

There will be 3 events for each division at their own level. Each division will get their own leaderboard. The best teams after 3 Events will be invited to the Live Triplets Finals that will take place at Sportcentrum Valkenhuizen at October 4 & 5 2025.

RED DIVISION – 96 TEAMS – 3 WORKOUTS

All teams that go to the finals will receive 1 personalized name tag, 3 t-shirts & full access to the venue on both days.

Only 1 ticket needs to be bought per team. After purchase, the team captain (who bought the ticket) can add a team name and invite the team members to the team via The Nationals App.
