In 2026, we’re adding the Buddy Divisions to Season 10. This is a competition with 2-person teams. For the buddies, there are three divisions:
– Black: Double Unders, Dumbbell 22,5/15kg, Toes to Bars, Muscle Ups, Handstand Push-ups Rx, Clean & Jerk in WODs 90/60kg
– Red: Double Unders, Dumbbell 22,5/15kg, Single Leg Toes to Bars, Pull-ups, Handstand Push-ups w abmat, Clean & Jerk in WODs 60/40kg
– Blue: Single Unders, Dumbbell 15/10kg, Knee Raises, Ring Rows, Scaled Wall Walks, Clean & Jerk in WODs 40/25kg

Both buddies perform the individual Placement Workouts. Based on their score, they will be placed in one of the three divisions. All 4 online workouts need to be done together. These workouts are buddy variations of the Individual Online Season workouts. Buddy teams can consist of 1 Males + 1 Female, 2 Males or 2 Females.

The top buddy teams by the end of the season will be invited to the live finals. If you want to make a chance to be invited, don’t forget to film all your Events, including the Placement.
