The Nationals Triplets is a competition with 3-person teams. Teams will consist of 2 Males + 1 Female or 1 Male and 2 Females.

Based on the Qualifier results, the team will be placed into one of the three divisions:

– Black: Double Unders, Dumbbell 22,5/15kg, Toes to Bars, Muscle Ups, Handstand Push-ups Rx, Clean & Jerk in WODs 90/60kg
– Red: Double Unders, Dumbbell 22,5/15kg, Single Leg Toes to Bars, Pull-ups, Handstand Push-ups w abmat, Clean & Jerk in WODs 60/40kg
– Blue: Single Unders, Dumbbell 15/10kg, Knee Raises, Ring Rows, Scaled Wall Walks, Clean & Jerk in WODs 40/25kg

There will be 3 events for each team. Each division will get their own leaderboard. The best teams after 3 Events will be invited to the Live Triplets Finals that will take place at Sportcentrum Valkenhuizen at August 29th and 30th.

Online Qualifier: May 6th – June 7th 2026
Finals: August 29th and 30th 2026

The exact number of finalists in each division will be determined after the qualifier, based on the number of teams in each division.

Qualifier Team Ticket €5,- (one ticket per team)

Team Ticket Finals:
Black (2-day competition)€ 400,-
Blue / Red (1-day competition) € 300,-

All teams that go to the finals will receive 1 personalized name tag, 3 t-shirts & full access to the venue on both days.

Only 1 ticket needs to be bought per team. After purchase, the team captain (who bought the ticket) can add a team name and invite the team members to the team via The Nationals App.
